Carebear Stare

I’m still hanging out at the beach with my family! My best friend came down for a couple days so we went straight to the arcades at rehoboth beach to take pictures.

I really loved wearing this shirt from Iron Fist, it’s so fun and colorful, and a big help to make a small dent in the sea of black clothing I own. (It’s become a problem)  The only thing is that it’s not a very fitted shirt, which limits my choices for bottoms because I own a lot of flowy skirts. My shorts are just basic cotton high waist shorts from Forever 21. They’re way softer and more comfy than jeans, I can’t believe I haven’t worn them out earlier! I love the cut of these, they really fit my shape and the pin-up silhouette, which most high waist shorts don’t do anymore. (They usually just look like mom jeans) And I finally got a chance to wear my Moschino motorcycle jacket bag out, I love it so much! The leather is wearing in and it’s super soft.

While this outfit isn’t as fun, colorful, and eye-catching as I’d like it to be, it’s comfortable and super cute, and helps me remember that I don’t have to be flashy all the time, and that it’s good to be super casual from time to time. I mean, it’s nice to not to want to change your ENTIRE outfit as soon as you walk into your house.
